Elmbridge describes Kent Town’s nineteenth-century planned residential street grid, close to Hampton Court station and the Thames. Family houses here can contain larger reception furniture, collections of books, pictures and antiques alongside garden and outbuilding contents. Older hallways and multi-level stairs add handling complexity even when the front garden is generous.

For larger properties, list rooms individually rather than estimating from bedroom count. Send photographs of the vehicle entrance, stairs, hall turns and largest items. We confirm whether one Luton load is enough and schedule a second van or larger team when the inventory demands it.
