Office moves start from £400 and are quoted based on desks, chairs, IT equipment, access, parking, timing and whether the move needs to happen outside normal working hours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand moving dates can change. Where possible, we work with customers to reschedule fairly and keep cancellation costs minimal.
- • 10+ days before move: free cancellation
- • 10–5 days before move: up to 25% may be chargeable
- • 5 days to move day: up to 50% may be chargeable
- • Same-day cancellation: 75–100% may be chargeable depending on job, crew allocation and lost booking slot
In practice, we are flexible with genuine reschedules and aim to avoid unnecessary charges where possible. Most changes are handled with minimal cost when customers give us early notice.
