Where an introduction reward applies, it is paid by Sandy Movers after the move is completed and does not increase the customer’s quoted moving price.
Introductions should always be handled transparently. The customer must give permission for their details to be shared with Sandy Movers, and where relevant, they should be told that an introduction reward may be paid after their move is completed.
Note: Anyone making an introduction is responsible for following their employer’s policies, industry rules and any disclosure obligations that apply to them.
Clear Reward Terms
Reward is 10% of the final paid move value.
The final paid move value includes tax/VAT where applicable.
Rewards are paid within 7 days of Sandy Movers receiving cleared payment from the customer.
Customers usually pay on the day of job completion, so introducers are often paid the next working day.
The official agreed payment window is within 7 days from customer payment being received.
Minimum qualifying completed job value is £150.
No completed job means no reward.
Cancelled, unpaid, refunded or charged-back jobs do not qualify.
Waste clearance jobs qualify.
One introduction reward is paid per customer/job.
Existing Sandy Movers customers are excluded unless the introducer introduced that customer to Sandy Movers first.
If multiple people introduce the same customer, the first valid introduction received by Sandy Movers counts.
Customer permission must be obtained before sharing their details.
Anyone making an introduction must follow their own employer policies, industry rules and disclosure obligations.
